Returns policy

We hope that you'll be delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you're unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.

Returns by post

Please advise us at [email protected] we will advise returns address once we receive your request. Please ensure that the despatch note is returned with your products as proof of purchase.

Subject to our agreement regarding your complaint, we will refund the full price you paid for the products, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 30 days of our receiving the products.

No exchanges can be made via the fulfillment centre (this is because we can't guarantee stock levels due to expected high turnover of styles).

If products are returned to our fulfillment centre, you should obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. 

Supporting your reason for return.

We may require you to send us a photo of the product you wish to return to support your request and to help us report the issue to our suppliers.

Reasonable care:

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. When we say 'reasonable', we mean:

* The original packaging should be retained.


If you don't take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.

Unfortunately we can't stop an order once it's been confirmed by us. If you change your mind about your order after this point, you can return the products in accordance with this returns policy.

We cannot change personal care products once they have been used unless they are faulty.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
